  The main lock on the lid has a working key, with a small compartment inside which also has a working key, the mechanism on the main lock is covered with original engraving. 30.75" Width. 15" Height. 15" Depth.

Joined & boarded chest. English. Circa 1650. £2200 A lovely coffer with superb original carvings, including the tree of life. 44.75" Width. 25.5" Height. 16.75" Depth.
